Alan Wake 2 has just been released and it totally blew us away with all its brilliance, and we’ll tell you more in our review. There, we also praised the game’s uncompromising nature, noting that it feels like Remedy made the game of their dreams.
But that’s not to say Alan Wake 2 creator Sam Riker is ready to slow down.He still wants to accomplish something and is accepting《GQ》During the interview, he said:
“Would I do anything else? Yeah. I’m still thinking I will. One day I’ll retire. It’s just… it’s all so fascinating.
But we’re not there yet, and Lake has some ideas that he hasn’t thought of yet, he explains:
“One is this crazy, big-budget, dark gothic fantasy that I haven’t used for anything yet…”
We’ve been hoping Lake would get a chance to work on this project before he decided to do something else – but in the meantime, we’ve got our hands full with Alan Wake 2, which is about to get New Game+ and two rounds of DLC in 2024.
