Minister De Jonge again spoke to the Senate this morning about the Environmental Act. This law is intended to simplify spatial planning rules and will come into effect on January 1, 2024 after being postponed 5 times. However, there are major concerns about this law, including in the field of ICT. We discuss the state of affairs with Djamilja van der Meulen, chairman of the Dronten Court of Audit in Flevoland. In Flevoland, the Court of Auditors investigated last month whether the province and municipalities can get started with the new law.
