Hollywood has repeatedly proven that the most beautiful and true love stories happen not only in the movies, but also on the set. The examples of this are many, both from the present, so it will certainly continue to happen in the future. Here are some of them.
Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively
Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds met on the set of Green Lantern in 2011. Although the film failed to win critical acclaim, the only success story to come out of the project was the relationship between the two actors. Their relationship deepens after the tape ends when they go on a double date. Although they are then engaged to other people, the chemistry between them is irresistible and soon after the two get together. Lively and Reynolds married in 2012 and are currently parents to daughters James, Inez and Betty. Their fourth child was born in early 2023.

Kirsten Dunst and Jesse Plemons
The actors met in 2015, in the second season of the series “Fargo”. There they play a married couple, and their love is carried over to off-screen. In May 2018, their son Ennis was born, and their second child appeared in June 2021. The two worked together again in the film “The Power of the Dog”, for which they were nominated for an Oscar. Dunst plays Plemons’ new wife, whom Benedict Cumberbatch’s character finds difficult to accept. In July 2022, Dunst’s representative confirmed that the couple had married.

Brian Austin Green/Megan Fox/Machine Gun Kelly
Brian and Megan met when he guest-starred on an episode of her sitcom “Hope & Faith.” Their relationship began in 2004, and six years later they got married. Their love gave birth to three children – Noah, Bodhi and Journey.
Their relationship was quite turbulent, with Fox filing for divorce in 2015, but the two reunited a year later. Although their divorce proceedings were officially dismissed in August 2019, in May 2020 the actor announced that the two were finally separating.

Ben Affleck and Ana de Armas met on the set of the thriller “Deep Water” in late 2019. A few months later, the actors were spotted vacationing in Cuba, with an American tabloid breaking the news that the two are “happy together and officially are seen”. They split in January 2021, with sources revealing that the actress was the one who ended their relationship.

This isn’t the first time Ben Affleck has had a relationship with a co-star he’s filming with. Years ago, he began a relationship with Gwyneth Paltrow, with whom he co-starred in Shakespeare in Love. Rami Malek and Lucy Boynton
Malek and Boynton filmed Bohemian Rhapsody together in 2017, playing former real-life couple Freddie Mercury and Mary Austin. During filming, the actors took their love off screen as well. The two seemed happy, but it was recently revealed that they had ended their relationship and gone their separate ways. It was also recently revealed that Rami now has a new woman in his life – his co-star Emma Corinne, who identifies as non-binary.

Michael Fassbender and Alicia Vikander
Fassbender and Vikander’s love story began after they met on the set of 2016’s The Light Between Oceans, where they played on-screen lovers Isabelle Gracemark and Tom Sherborne. In October 2017, it was announced that the couple were officially married after a secret engagement and wedding in Ibiza. Without much fanfare, the actors also became parents of a baby girl.

The former couple fell in love in 2011 on the set of the movie “Take Me Home Tonight,” although Faris was married to her ex-husband Ben Indra at the time. The actress divorced in 2008 and only a year later said “yes” to Chris. In 2012, their son Jack was born. Although they seem happy, their marriage is accompanied by accusations of infidelity. The two eventually split in August 2017, with a joint statement on Instagram. “We’ve really tried for a long time and we’re really disappointed,” they said at the time.
