A human skeleton complete with skull was found in the Jasinga forest, Bogor, West Java. The police revealed his characteristics.
“His characteristics are that he is quite tall, if you look at his bones it looks like he is tall, about 165 centimeters or more,” said Jasinga Police Chief AKP Joni Handoko, Sunday (29/10/2023).
“If we look at it with the naked eye, we think it’s a man, because if it’s a woman you might find that you have long hair, so there’s a 75 percent chance that it’s male. But we’re still waiting for complete information from the hospital,” he added.
Joni said that a black batik patterned shirt and a black plastic watch were also found at the location.
“Then we found a black shirt with a batik pattern, along with a black plastic watch. We didn’t find anything else. The batik shirt was found separated from the bones, but the watch was found still wrapped around his hand,” explained Joni.
Joni dismissed allegations that the victim was a killer of wild animals in the forest. Because no other suspicious items were found at the location.
“If it’s a hunter, maybe there’s a weapon, but there isn’t one, so it doesn’t look like he’s a hunter. We didn’t find any suspicious items, such as carrying sharp weapons, or carrying firearms, or hunting weapons or anything else, we didn’t find that,” he concluded. .
Found by Residents
