Libreville, Wednesday October 25, 2023 (Infos Gabon) – They are accused of not having complied with the summons of the Task Force responsible for the control, audit and verification of internal and external debt.
After declining the summons of the Task Force set up by the Committee for the Transition and Restoration of Institutions (CTRI) and responsible for the control, audit and verification of the Gabonese debt, the companies concerned will now have to go to court. “These will be the subject of a summons by the public prosecutor’s services,” underlines a press release from the Task Force.
These include, among others, the companies Asseh telecomunication, Building development investment, Calitis, Gabon construction company, Excelium, Équipe BTP, Sogader, ADR services, Jinjiang jiaxing group, Africa constructions Gabon globa, Compagnie gabonaise de construction, Oto Gabon, Négoce Import , Victory catering and services, Aelis voyages called to justify their invoicing.
