Erny: Always where a perpetrator can assume that no one is in the house and there are no security systems. In general, you can say that houses that are clearly particularly secure are avoided. Many people think it’s the other way around: that a house is secure because there’s a lot to be had there. That is not true. Perpetrators avoid well-secured houses.
