The match started quite cheerfully: both teams picked up a good pace, exchanging several dangerous attacks at the beginning of the match. It is interesting that at first the hosts looked a little sharper, in which the Brazilian Diego stood out with his individual actions.
However, closer to the middle of the first half, Dynamo managed to open the scoring: after a multi-pass combination, Shepelev passed to the right to Karavaev, who, seeing Tymchik running into the goalkeeper’s area, passed to Alexander. Our team’s defender managed to hit the ball into the net on the second shot – 0:1.
Of course, this goal only gave Lucescu’s men confidence. Dubinchak had a good opportunity to score, but he delayed his strike. “Kolos” tried to respond with its own moments, but Bushchan played reliably in each episode. And towards the end of the first half, Karavaev missed a great opportunity to increase the advantage of the “blue and white”: having received a long pass into the opponent’s penalty area, the defender shot from several meters above the goal.
After the break, our team again inexplicably failed, just like in the recent game with Polesye. First, the hosts managed to level the score: Luchkevich scored a masterpiece goal. The midfielder received the ball on the right edge of the penalty area and shot into the far top corner of the Dynamo goal with one touch – fantastic, 1:1. And a few minutes later, Vanat received an absolutely stupid second yellow card for simulation. Removal and the Kievans were left with ten men. And then the “white-blues” almost fell apart: “Kolos” began to create moment after moment in front of Buschan’s goal, who, let’s be honest, became Dynamo’s best player. It was thanks to several incredible saves by our goalkeeper that the hosts were unable to score two or three more goals. What did the blows of Myakushka and Bolbat cost…
Dynamo had only two chances in the second half: first, Karavaev hit the crossbar, and a few minutes before the final whistle, Brazhko fired hard from about twenty meters, but Fesyun saved his team. The result is 1:1.
Let us remind you that Dynamo will play its next match in the Ukrainian Championship on Friday, November 3, in Kyiv. The opponent of Mircea Lucescu’s team will be Shakhtar. The meeting starts at 17:00.
