Cuernavaca, Mor. (October 26th). – To show solidarity with our brothers from the neighboring state of Guerrero, affected by Hurricane “Otis”, the LV Legislature of the state Congress called on the population of Morelos to donate non-perishable groceries and basic necessities to be sent to the victims.
Donations will be received from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in the offices of the Presidency of the Board of Directors of this Legislative Branch, located inside the premises located at Dr. Guillermo Gándara Avenue, 101, private corner of the Park, Amatitlán neighborhood, Cuernavaca, Morelos
Required: Bottled water; non-perishable foods (pasta, canned products, salt, oil, coffee, instant soups, rice, beans); cleaning products (brooms, buckets, mops, powdered soap, bar soap, squeegees, squeegees, dish soap, bleach, mopping freshener); kitchen utensils (plates, pans, cutlery, glasses, pots, napkins, matches); personal hygiene products (hand soap, shampoo, razors, feminine towels, toothbrushes and toothpaste, bath towels, creams, deodorants, toilet paper).
In addition, basic medications are needed (pediatric, children and adults, such as paracetamol, ibuprofen, antidiarrheals, serums); healing material (cotton, gauze, bandages, alcohol, micropore tape or adhesive cloth, hydrogen peroxide); baby products (various stages diapers, bottles, baby formula, baby food). And for pets: Croquettes for dogs and cats.
