Friday, October 27, 2023, 11:33

These days, many citizens are receiving emails impersonating the image of the Ministry of Health, indicating that they have been selected to receive an “additional dose of vaccines against Covid-19”, also pointing out that they have up to 72 hours before receiving that vaccine to choose. the “manufacturer thereof.” The email then shows us a link to click on which you can see the day and time when it would be time to get vaccinated. And that’s where the fraud is.

Specifically, this is a new fraud related to our emails that seeks to capture our personal data using the “phishing” method without knowing what the purpose of this is. For all these reasons, from Asescon we ask that this action not be carried out as we would be contributing to fraud.

In addition, we request that this type of fraud be reported to the State Security Forces and Bodies and that we be alerted to the Spanish Consumer Association in order to serve as a loudspeaker for citizens so that there are not many consumers who are are affected by these frauds. To do this, you can contact us at the email [email protected]
