China’s Dasung Releases Innovative Electronic Paper Devices, Including a 25.3-inch Integrated PC and a 13.3-inch Tablet

The company has released a new 13.3-inch electronic paper tablet, “Dasung Not-eReader 133”.

It is relatively large at 13.3 inches, and it supports HDMI input, so it can be used as an external display.

The Not-eReader series is the company’s Android-powered e-paper tablet series. This is the latest work.

It has a configuration of 13.3 inches (2200 x 1650), Snapdragon 660, 4GB/128GB, 6,400mAh battery, and the OS is old Android 9. The company’s Turbo Ink technology has a higher refresh rate than regular electronic paper.

The size is 316x228x8mm. Communication is compatible with dual band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.0.

Other ports include a microSD card slot, 3.5mm earphone jack, and USB Type-C port.

In China, it costs 5,399 yuan (approximately 113,000 yen). Although it has not yet been released globally, the company’s devices are becoming more readily available outside of China, so it will likely be possible to purchase them through cross-border e-commerce and other channels in the future.
