An open meeting of the UN Security Council (SC) on the situation in Ukraine will take place at 15.00 local time (22.00 Moscow time). This was reported by the Brazilian Permanent Mission to the UN, which in October serves as chairman of the Security Council of the world organization.
“At 15:00 [22.00 мск] At the request of the Russian Federation, a meeting will be held on the topic “Threats to International Peace and Security” in the context of Ukraine,” the Brazilian mission reported.
The Permanent Mission indicated that the UN Deputy High Representative for Disarmament Affairs will act as speakers at the meeting Adedeji Eboand an American journalist and political activist Randy Credico.
