The first private energy company of Azerbaijan, GL, attaches great importance to the development of young talents and the creation of practical experience opportunities for students. SIA reports that a Memorandum of Understanding on mutual cooperation in this direction was signed between GL company and ADA University.
The memorandum envisages the provision of close cooperation and unification of efforts on the education and career development of students.
According to the agreement, GL company and ADA University will implement joint measures to organize high-level personnel training. The company will organize knowledge exchange sessions, production and voluntary internship programs in various directions for the contingent of the educational institution.
Asif Zeynalov, CEO of GL Company, said that this agreement is a manifestation of GL’s corporate social responsibility, as well as an investment in our youth, education and human capital:
“In the background of mutual cooperation, it will be an interesting and useful experience for our personnel working in the GL company to participate in the formation of young professionals and in all stages of this value-creating process.”
According to the memorandum, GL employees will take advantage of professional development courses at ADA University and will also be involved in educational activities by acting as guest speakers at the educational institution.
