Training also includes space to play and run around.

DThe rescue dogs are given part of the foot space to train for their tasks.
Right next to Strombad Kritzendorf there is an almost 14,000 square meter football field that is rarely used for this purpose. Now – at least part of it – should be used differently. Namely for the four-legged friends of the “Austrian Rescue Dog Brigade – Lower Austria Regional Group” and their owners. This was decided at the last meeting of the Klosterneuburg local council.
The four-legged friends of the rescue dog brigade will now be trained there every Tuesday evening and sometimes on the weekends. And only these. Other furry friends and their owners are not allowed to enter, as the area will continue to be partially used as a football pitch.
The rescue dog brigade itself must cover the costs of any adaptation work that is necessary for successful training of the rescue dogs and of course coordinate these accordingly with the municipality of Klosterneuburg.
