US President Joe Biden once again told a fictitious story about frequent meetings with Chinese President Xi Jinping. The American leader made a false statement during a speech in Washington.
“The fact is that I have met with Xi Jinping more than any other world leader. I had over 68 hours of private meetings, just him and me, with simultaneous interpreters,” Joe Biden said. His words are reported by RIA Novosti.
According to the president, he met with the Chinese leader when he was still deputy chairman of the People’s Republic of China. Biden also said that he traveled more than 27 thousand kilometers with Xi.
