Al-Haddad added that colds and influenza are responsible for the “current spread” of 80%, while Covid-19 infection is at 20%.
The allergy consultant explained that the “currently widespread disease” is difficult to know whether it is caused by a cold, influenza, or Corona, because the symptoms associated with it are similar between the three diseases, including:
– Dry cough or accompanied by phlegm.
– Runny nose.
-Headache.
– Muscle pain.
– body’s temperature raising.
– Dry throat.

– Fever-reducing medications.
– Anti-cough medications.
– Take nutritional supplements, such as zinc and vitamin C.
Al-Haddad concluded his speech by pointing out that there are reliable guidelines to reduce the risk of infection that is currently spreading, most notably:
– Follow a healthy diet.
– Playing sports.
– Drink plenty of water a day.
