It’s an arrival that is likely, without a doubt, to get noticed in the city center of Chartres. The Starbucks coffee chain, recognizable among thousands with its green and white cups, is coming to Place des Épars, in place of the former Etam ready-to-wear boutique.

An opening planned for December
“This is a file that we have been working on for a long time,” explains Anne-Sophie Vilaret, sales representative for the agency in charge of the file, Arthur Loyd. “It took a long time since Starbucks is not used to setting up in towns as small as Chartres, so we had to convince them, but it worked!”

And the opening should happen faster than we think… “The work is just starting, but the brand is banking on an opening between December 13 and 15,” indicates Anne-Sophie Vilaret.
