Lukoil Neftohim Burgas declares that they pay all taxes stipulated by law within the established terms and fully fulfill their obligations to the budget of Bulgaria.
“In connection with the fabricated statements of individual politicians that were heard on national air, we declare that the company has fully paid the due corporate tax and temporary solidarity contribution for 2022, while continuing to pay both types of obligations in advance for 2023 in accordance with the Bulgarian legislation,” the company said in a letter to the media.
And more: “All legally due payments are made on time.” Claims to the contrary do not correspond to the truth and damage the good name of “Lukoil Neftohim Burgas” JSC”.
The company reserves the right to protect its interests and business reputation with all available means, the letter emphasizes.
