Earlier, information appeared in some Telegram channels that employees of Kazakh Construction Group LLP building a gas processing plant in the Makat district of Atyrau region demanded an increase in wages.
As the press service of the regional akimat reported, on October 24, the acting chairman of the board of Kazakh Construction Group LLP Kaldybatyr N., representatives of the state labor inspection department of the Atyrau region, employees of the akimat and the prosecutor’s office of the Makat region met with the workers.
“After the explanatory work was carried out, at approximately 14:00, all workers resumed work. The workers also contacted the Atyrau Regional State Labor Inspectorate with a statement indicating the requirements that will be considered within the framework of the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan,” commented the situation in the akimat of Atyrau areas.
