Revolut Adds Over 70 European Listed Shares to Investment Portfolio in Latvia

Revolut added more than 70 shares of companies listed in Europe to its investment offer in Latvia. Investment services in the EEA are provided by Revolut Securities Europe UAB (Revolut).

With Revolut, investments in European listed companies are available with a minimum investment amount of only EUR 1. Trading will be commission-free within the limit set by the subscribed plan.

This is another step Revolut is taking to offer customers a flexible way to diversify their investments. With access to over 70 European listed stocks, over 2,200 US-listed companies and over 150 exchange-traded funds (ETFs), users can check the performance of their investments in real-time with online watchlists, trading charts and market news, all within the Revolut app .

Revolut customers can now also set up recurring purchases. It allows you to buy stocks/ETFs at a predetermined time and frequency – daily, weekly or monthly. Periodic purchases can help investors reduce the impact of short-term price volatility and allow them to invest regularly.

Rolands Juteika, Head of Wealth and Trading (EEZ): “We continue to make investing more accessible to everyone by starting to add some of the largest European listed companies to our trading platform. We want to give our customers easy access to businesses that are closer to them. From Adidas to Zalando, our clients can now invest in shares of well-known companies in Europe, and we will soon expand this list even further.

A wide range of other investment products will be available soon, including robo digital advice platform services, mutual funds, bonds and a more sophisticated trading platform for advanced traders.”

Depending on the plan, customers can make 1 (Standard), 3 (Plus), 5 (Premium) or 10 (Metal and Ultra) commission-free transactions per month. When the free limit is exceeded, a variable fee of 0.25% (0.12% Ultra) will be applied per transaction, min. in the amount of 1 EUR. Revolut also applies a custodial fee of 0.12% per annum of the market value of the user’s assets, charged monthly.
