That some homeowners resort to creative solutions for their homes is nothing new. Dagbladet has previously written about house with shower in the kitchen and wc out in the front garden and dormitories with a shower in the kitchen – without a toilet.
One of the apartments we have previously mentioned has a shower cubicle in the bedroom, another has a toilet close to the bed. A short way at least, if the need were to arise in the middle of the night.
The question is whether this housing advertisement does not take the cake.
– Looks pretty nice
Because in this four-room house in Nottinghamshire in the UK, you will find the garage in the living room (!). This is written by the news agency Jam Press.
Can’t eat red meat: – Can apply to many
The only thing that separates the two rooms is a floral curtain.
In the property advertisement, you can clearly see a burgundy Ford Fiesta parked just behind the sofa. It arouses attention among potential customers:
– This house looks quite nice. Until you realize that the garage is in the living room. I’m sure the toxic exhaust gases help you relax, writes one of them.
– Access to the garage
In the prospectus from brokerage firm Buckley Brown, there is little information to trace about the unusual solution.
Warns: – A living hell
– This beautiful, unique and striking four-bedroom detached house gives you plenty of space to live in, and a lovely mix of traditional and modern features that will really impress you, if you see the house inside.

The broker also writes that the house has a separate living room with a fireplace, as well as a separate dining room with a view of the back garden.
– The floor is completed by the conservatory, which gives you access to the garage.
– You fall in love
However, there is no shortage of praise for the home:
– Come into the open kitchen, where you will appreciate the gorgeous wooden beams! Every single room in this house is filled to the brim with character and you will instantly fall in love, claims the brokerage firm.

Whether someone actually falls in love with the house with the combined garage and living room remains to be seen. The house also comes with a large garden, three outbuildings that have been used as an office, workshop and storage space.
