Ras Al Khaimah, October 23 / WAM / The Human Resources Department of the Ras Al Khaimah Government announced the adoption of a group of new digital projects within its digital transformation management plan and systems, which aim to support digital transformation and provide a package of services to its customers at both the internal and external levels.
This transformation comes through the addition of new cloud modules to the Ras Al Khaimah government’s human capital management system, “Our Resources,” which includes time management, which will provide more flexible and attractive services to government employees, improving their experience in using the system, in addition to upgrading the current cloud modules to more modern versions to ensure maximum benefit. Of all the services and specifications provided by advanced cloud systems, in addition to its work in a group of digital connectivity projects with federal authorities in the country, such as the digital connectivity projects for the My Family package and the digital connectivity for the unified number.
These projects provide a set of proactive services for government employees on the “Our Resources” system, such as paternity leave, maternity leave, and children’s allowance. These services are the result of digital connectivity with the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship, Customs and Port Security through the implementation of the joint project “My Family Package.”
Dr. Muhammad Abdul Latif Khalifa, Director General of the Human Resources Department, said: “We are committed to providing the best digital services to government employees and those who deal with us, and these new projects reflect our commitment to digital transformation and providing the necessary facilities for everyone.”
The digital transformation management team is working to provide the service of unifying login accounts for government systems in cooperation with the infrastructure and institutional systems team at the e-Government Authority.
The login data for the employee’s government email account, his computer account, the “Our Resources” system account, and all associated systems will be unified in accordance with the highest cybersecurity standards.
