Jakarta (ANTARA) – Xiaomi, through the newly launched Xiaomi 13T, presents software (software) and hardware (hardware) the result of their collaboration with Leica to provide a professional photography experience using a cellphone
“We are bringing the authentic Leica experience to Indonesia,” said Xiaomi Indonesia Product Marketing Manager Calvin Nobel when met by ANTARA in Sukoharjo Regency, Central Java, Monday.
To provide an authentic shooting experience with this specialist camera brand, Xiaomi developed software and hardware with Leica to be embedded in the Xiaomi 13T, from optics to photographic filters with tuning Typical Leica colors.
For the main camera, the Xiaomi 13T uses a lens wide angle 50MP using a Leica Summicron. The other two cameras on the Xiaomi 13T are a 50MP telephoto lens and a lens respectively ultra-wide 12MP.

When taking photos, the Xiaomi 13T offers two color choices, which can be changed according to the user’s taste, namely Leica Authentic and Leica Vibrant. The Leica Authentic, which uses color settings like the Leica X series, offers the brand’s signature colors.
Meanwhile, for fresher and more contemporary colors, users can activate Leica Vibrant.
Xiaomi and Leica also developed coated lenses to optimize light capture capabilities and reduce distracting light.
Leica’s experience also applies to editing after taking a photo. Xiaomi provides a special section containing six filters from Leica, including Sepia and black and white.
Xiaomi 13T, which is marketed for IDR 6,499,000, is supported chip MediaTek Dimensity 8200-Ultra which uses 4 nanometer processing for increased CPU and GPU performance.
Apart from photography capabilities, the Xiaomi 13T also offers capabilities gaming with refresh rate 144Hz and a 5,000 mm2 Vapor Chamber cooling system to ensure stable performance.
