LG has a 24″ VA type screen with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 px and a frequency of 165 Hz. Considering the price, you can’t expect miracles. VA doesn’t have the best color reproduction, but it scores deeper blacks, which is useful for games. But forget about HDR, with brightness 250 nits wouldn’t make sense anyway. 5ms response is no match for high-end monitors either. LG does have a feature to knock it down to 1ms, but at the cost of other picture compromises.
However, you will be pleased with the non-flickering backlight, FreeSync with a frequency range from 48 to 165 Hz, an integrated fps counter or by using the auxiliary aiming function for games.
The LG has one DisplayPort 1.4, two HDMI 1.4 and a headphone output on the back. The stand only allows the monitor to be tilted, but it can be removed and a VESA wall mount or alternative stand can be used.
The manufacturer also sells in the e-shop other monitors with discounts from 15 to 30%. It also has a second monitor for half off sale, so if you buy two of the same outright, you can save even more.
