The legal entity of Xerox in Russia – Xerox LLC – has changed its name. The new name of the company specifically for working on the Russian market is Technoevolab. About this with reference to data from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities reports Vedomosti publication.
EADaily recalls that Xerox Corporation previously confirmed its final withdrawal from Russia, as well as the sale of its division in the country to local management. It was clarified that Xerox LLC should change its name so as not to be associated with the head office.
According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, the name “Xerox (CIS)” was changed to “Technoevolab” on October 20. It is known that the company will not supply printing and digital copiers to Russia. The legal entity will only provide servicing of equipment while preserving all jobs.
