On the occasion of the celebration of Library Day tomorrow, October 24, the Department of Culture will give residents 1,400 books (900 for adults and 500 for children) and 200 audiovisuals, with different themes.
Delivery will be at the two municipal libraries: Princesa Doña Leonor, on Mártires Street, 1, and José Ortega y Gasset, on Isabel de Farnesio Avenue, 33. Collection hours will be from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The books will come from surpluses and donations made by individuals. They will be delivered in order of arrival, while supplies last.
