If David Nalbandian never managed to win a Grand Slam title during his very good career (3rd in the world, and winner of 11 titles) despite a final contested at Wimbledon in 2002 (defeat against Lleyton Hewitt), the Argentinian will nevertheless have achieved an unprecedented feat.
Indeed, to this day he remains the only player to have managed to beat Rafael Nadal, Novak Djokovic and Roger Federer in quick succession in the same tournament. It was in 2006 at the Masters Series (now called Masters 1000) in Madrid.

A completely exceptional career if we add to that his victories against Tomas Berdych and Juan Martin Del Potro. Colossal.
