Philippe ARNOUD Appointed Regional Delegate for Orange in New Aquitaine

Philippe ARNOUD was appointed regional delegate for Orange in New Aquitaine, within the Orange Grand Sud-Ouest management. An engineer graduated from Télécom Sud Paris and holder of a DESS in economics from the University of Paris-Dauphine, he has held several positions in the field of satellite transmissions and the marketing of offers for telecom operators and businesses. Previously director of infrastructure strategy at Orange France, he addressed the national challenges of fiber deployment and civil engineering and contributed to the copper decommissioning program.
