Elderly Man Foils Debit Card Scam: Police Arrest Suspect at Victim’s Doorstep

The victim received a call earlier in the evening from a so-called bank employee who told him that something was wrong with his debit card. This ’employee’ would come to him to help him with his pass. The man thought it was a strange story and therefore called the police. Around 8 p.m., a man actually stood at the door of the 86-year-old victim’s home. Officers, who rushed to the victim’s house after the report, were able to arrest the man.
