Trent Alexander-Arnold, a team defender, survived Liverpool The Englishman was involved in a horrific traffic accident yesterday, Friday, due to Storm Babbitt, which is hitting Britain at the present time, after a power pole fell near his car, due to strong winds.

The English newspaper “Daily Mail” reported that Liverpool star Alexander-Arnold was driving his car on a country road near Knutsford, when the 40-foot-high pole was uprooted by winds of 70 miles per hour.

The newspaper added that his car collided with another car in front of it, forcing the English star to swerve in an attempt to avoid the collision.

The newspaper said that the winds were very strong, reaching speeds of 70 miles per hour, causing the power pole, which weighs half a ton, to bend over the other car at the scene of the accident, with Alexander Arnold and the driver of the other car happily escaping from the accident unharmed.

Liverpool will host its counterpart Everton at 2:30 pm today, Saturday, at Anfield Stadium, in the Merseyside derby, in the opening matches of the ninth round of the English Premier League.
