Housing area of 217 sq. meters was put up for sale immediately after Slepakov* left for Israel. At that time, the apartment was valued at 295 million rubles, but the owner promised to discount 25% of the cost in case of an urgent purchase.
The telegram channel does not specify for what price the apartment was eventually sold, but the deal with the new owner was concluded in early October.
