The daughter of fashion designer Valentin Yudashkin, Galina, sold an apartment on Fifth Avenue in New York, which she inherited. She stated this in an interview on the YouTube channel “Alena, damn it!”
According to her, the apartment is located in an elite area, opposite the famous Central Park.
“This is a co-op. And it turns out that you own not only the apartment, but also a piece of the house. And since we had a penthouse, then the roof and the apartment are ours,” Yudashkina said.
When selling your property in such a house, you must take into account the opinions of all residents.
She admitted that it was very difficult to sell, because the whole house was not wanted, and the neighbors were afraid that the new owner would move in and start doing renovations.
“We said goodbye to it, sold it, and I don’t even regret it, to be honest,” concluded the designer’s daughter.
She did not name the exact cost of luxury real estate, but noted that an apartment in the center of New York costs at least $1 million.
As reported EADaily Russian fashion designer Valentin Yudashkin died at the age of 59 on May 2 this year. In 2021, the fashion designer reported in an interview with AiF that he had been fighting cancer since 2016.
