DAR-ES-SALAM- The former first vice-president of the Guinean football federation is undoubtedly a subscriber to major football events, particularly those organized on the continent. Amadou Diaby is always asked by CAF leaders to take part in all these events alongside other illustrious personalities.
Having just returned from the draw for CAN 2024, which will take place in Ivory Coast in January 2024, the Guinean is also invited to participate in the launch of the African Super League, the elite competition at club level whose organization preceded major transactions with sponsors to raise funds. He is the twentieth person on an absolutely select list which includes the Gotha of world football players.
This Friday, in Tanzania, will kick off this long-awaited new CAF competition.
