Dubai, United Arab Emirates (CNN) – Social media pioneers circulated the statements of the Saudi Crown Prince, Prince Mohammed bin Salman, and the current events in the Gaza Strip, considering them a “heinous crime.”
This came in a telephone call between the Saudi Crown Prince and the Prime Minister of Japan, Fumio Kishida, where he said, according to what was reported by the official Saudi Press Agency: “During the call, the military escalation that Gaza is currently witnessing was discussed, and His Highness the Crown Prince stressed that the Kingdom considers targeting civilians in… Gaza is a heinous crime and a brutal attack, stressing the need to work to provide protection for them.”
The agency continued in its report: “His Highness the Crown Prince stressed the importance of strengthening efforts to stop military operations and reduce escalation to avoid its dangerous repercussions on security, peace and stability in the region and the world.”
Prince Mohammed bin Salman’s statements come at a time when the war between Israel and the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas continues after the operation that the latter carried out inside Israel on the 7th of this month and called it “Al-Aqsa Flood” and the Israeli response by targeting the movement’s strongholds in the Gaza Strip with an operation called ” Iron swords.
