Turkish Stars Show Solidarity with the Palestinian People Against Israeli Occupation in Gaza

A number of Turkish stars expressed solidarity – via social media platforms – with the Palestinian people against the massacres carried out by the Israeli occupation in Gaza.

Turkish singer Hadisa, on her Instagram account and through the Story feature, published pictures of the Gaza massacres and commented on them with the phrase: “What is happening in Palestine is a humanitarian crime, do not remain silent. Terrorism and occupation are a crime, do not be silent. Killing children is a crime, do not remain silent.”

A few days ago, actor Murat Yildirim, famous for his character “Amir” in the Turkish series “Asi”, posted on his Instagram account “Al-Story” the flag of Palestine and wrote, “Free Palestine.”

Turkish singer Sinan Akçıl also posted on his account on the “X” platform in which he appears wearing the Palestinian keffiyeh and standing next to the Palestinian flag, and commented, saying, “4 months ago at my concert in Amsterdam, as if we were feeling these days.”

Actor Ali Burak Ceylan, through the story feature, published an old photo of himself on his Instagram account wearing the Palestinian keffiyeh and wrote on it: “If you cannot remove injustice, at least tell everyone about it… Palestine,” with the flag attached to it.

Also via the story feature, actor Gokhan Alkan, the hero of the “Queen” series, published a picture of the massacres in Gaza and commented: “The one who kills is the terrorist.”

Actor Furkan Aksuri, known in the Arab world as the character “Salim” in the series “I Called Her Fariha,” was also keen to support the Palestinian cause through the story feature on Instagram, where he posted a picture of the Palestinian flag and wrote, “I stand with Palestine.”

For her part, actress Simge Selcuk – one of the heroines of the series “My Brothers” – expressed her solidarity, and published a picture of the Palestinian flag on her Instagram account through the story feature and commented on it: “I am in great pain. Ida Egy, star of the series “Forbidden Apples,” also wrote – on her Instagram account – “No to war” with a picture of a Palestinian child standing in the middle of the destruction after Israeli shells fell on his house.
