A knight’s castle, slides, toboggan run, swing park and many other games await the children of Göd from October 18. The construction of the modern, integrated playground was realized in cooperation with the Göd City Municipality and Samsung SDI Hungary. The area was provided by the city, and Samsung undertook the entire cost of designing and building the playground.
In August 2023, the construction of the 1,200-square-meter playground started in Pulykaház utca, next to the city beach, which will serve the recreation of children living in the area or visiting the beach and their parents from October 18. On the playground, all ages, from one to 14 years old, can find games that develop dexterity, balance, and strength.
During the planning and execution, both the company and the contractor placed great emphasis on safety. The playground complies with the highest domestic and European safety standards, all toys are TÜV certified, and the floor of the playground has a fall protection rubber covering.
For the comfort of parents, the benches are placed in such a way that the entire area of the playground can be seen from them. In the spirit of environmental awareness, the lighting is provided by solar lamps, and a selective waste collector has been placed for the cans of soft drinks and food consumed during the game.
