The ministry said that 471 Palestinians were killed in the “Israeli massacre” at the hospital, according to Reuters.
The spokesman for the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza, Ashraf Al-Qudra, said in a statement today, Wednesday, that 471 Palestinians were killed and more than 314 others were injured in what he described as an “Israeli massacre” at the Ahli Baptist Hospital in Gaza City.
The ministry confirmed in a statement that the toll reached “471 martyrs, and there are 28 critical cases, in addition to 314 various injuries” in the bombing, which caused widespread demonstrations and condemnations in the Middle East.
The Palestinian Ministry of Health had previously said that 3,478 people had been killed in the Gaza Strip since the outbreak of war between Israel and Hamas on October 7, according to a new toll from the ministry on Wednesday.
The Palestinian Health Ministry said, in a statement, that “the total number of victims of the Israeli aggression (on the Gaza Strip) for the twelfth day in a row is 3,478 martyrs and 12,065 people with various injuries.”
In addition, 62 people were killed and more than 1,300 wounded in the West Bank.
