Officials from the corporation’s western and eastern branches confirmed the maintenance status of the heat production facility. Safety measures for extreme cold weather and emergency response procedures were shared.
The corporation plans to establish a response manual for each emergency situation. In addition, 24-hour patrol inspection of heat transmission pipes, etc. will be strengthened.
Comprehensive training on the heat supply response system is scheduled to be conducted in November.
CEO Seung-Hyeon Lee said, “We are putting all our efforts into intensive inspection and preparation to stabilize district heating supply ahead of the winter season.”
