You will need:
two glasses of water; juice of two lemons; a piece of ginger about five centimeters in size; 1 tbsp. honey; cayenne pepper (to taste); 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar.
Preparation:
1. Cut the ginger into fine pieces.
2. Put the ginger in the pot. Add water, honey, cayenne pepper and lemon juice to it. Boil the contents of the pot over low heat for a couple of minutes.
3. Pour one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar into a teacup and add the warm drink to it.
