After the round, Mezőfalva adjusted its line of battle and attacked the guest lines with a much more combative attitude. In the 56th minute, following a corner kick from Mezőfalvi, Rózsahegyi headed into Kovács’ goal. In the 73rd minute, Balázs Villám, the returning player coach after his suspension, shot from 25 meters “on a string” and raced towards the upper right corner and equalized the score of the match. Before the end, Mezőfalva missed a huge chance, it was only the luck of the visiting team that the hosts did not score another goal in the last minutes. The draw against Maroshegy is not a bad result for Mezőfalva, who are just behind them. Taking into account the field play and the goals, the first half belonged to the guests, and the second half belonged to the home team, so overall the meeting can be called a fair draw.
Balázs Villám: – We slept through the first half very strongly. After the break, a different team came out on the field in terms of will and perception. Furthermore, we won the territories better, learning from our opponent’s first half play. The field game brought the result in the second.
Máté Szarka, Maroshegy: – We prepared for a difficult match. We played particularly well in the first half. After the break, we tried to keep our advantage. Maybe we backed off a bit, which wasn’t conscious. Mezőfalva came back and headed a goal. And the second was a hit with a beauty award.
