Libreville, Monday October 16, 2023 (Gabon News) – The President of the Transition, Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema was, Saturday October 14, on the ground to inspect the progress of certain projects in Greater Libreville.
General Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema visited road and drinking water supply improvement projects in Greater Libreville on Saturday. He went in turn to Mindoubé, pk5, pk13, Nzeng-Ayong, Ondogho and Angondjé.
“I went to several popular neighborhoods of Libreville to assess the progress of the ongoing projects. It is my duty to ensure that these projects progress in accordance with the CTRI’s commitments. The after-sales service of our promises will be regular for the greater good of the Gabonese people,” declared the Head of State.
Continuing his inspection, the Head of State stopped at each stage to discuss with local residents and listen to them on the importance of roads in their daily lives, it is specified.
The populations directly impacted by the said projects welcomed the initiative of the President of the Republic who must, according to them, personally ensure that the work is carried out until the end. A message that did not fall on deaf ears. The reaction of the authorities was immediate.
General Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema took this opportunity to instruct the awarding companies to do everything possible to achieve the objectives set within a reasonable time frame.
This visit to ongoing construction sites in the capital, it should be remembered, is part of a series of inspections that the Head of State will now carry out.
