According to Kompas.com’s observations, until Megawati Soekarnoputri gave a virtual speech and finished the office inauguration simultaneously until 15.30 WIB, Gibran Rakabuming Raka did not appear to be present in person.
Chairman of the Branch Leadership Council (DPC) of the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDI-P) Solo City, FX Hadi Rudyatmo or FX Rudy, said that his party had invited all PDI-P cadres in Solo City.
“Everyone has been (invited). Because this is our joint event, all cadres have been invited. Whether they come or not is their own business,” said FX Rudy on the sidelines of the office inauguration.
The former Mayor of Solo said that until now Gibran Rakabuming Raka is still officially a PDI-P cadre.
Rudy added, regarding the dynamics some time ago, which looked at Gibran as a companion for another party’s presidential candidate, Rudy emphasized that Gibran was still loyal as a PDIP cadre.
“Various dynamics, no doubting Mas Wali’s (Gibran Rakabuming Raka) loyalty to PDI-P, never thinking negatively,” said Rudy.
“I always think positively about the guardian and deputy, because both of them are party officials who have the mandate to become leaders,” said Rudy.

In the middle of her speech, Megawati Soekarnoputri mentioned and mentioned the name FX Rudy, who gave an example of his loyalty to the party.

“This party has been tried to be destroyed, alas. for 32 years. But we continue to exist. Like that, we were in government for two periods. The people remained with us. These various tests are what make us more politically mature,” stressed Megawati Soekarnoputri, on Monday ( 10/16/2023).
“Surakarta City, why do you call the chairman of the DPC an old man? He came from the PDI, a bastard, if he speaks as he pleases. You have to be like him, because his seniority and loyalty to the party is extraordinary,” he continued.

The General Chair of the PDI-P said that this loyalty provides an example of political maturity to remain as a pioneer party.
“Then, NTB is the same person and also in the same class as Pak Rudy. Imagine that it is still there, imagine that it is still involved. In this maturity the party continues, continues, continues to build the culture of a pioneer party,” he said.
“Do you know the pioneers? Our party is at the forefront. People who haven’t gone to the people, we go to the people. If we meet people who are in trouble, we help them, people who haven’t eaten, we help them. That’s the best thing, whether we can do it or not. We have to be able to,” he stressed. .
