This is confirmed by two independent sources to Aftenposten. Skjæran must go out against his will.
That won’t be the only change.
Espen Barth Eide is changing pastures
Already on Friday, Aftenposten reported that Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre had informed key people in APS’ management that Anniken Huitfeldt’s days as foreign minister are coming to an end.
This comes in the wake of the competence and share cases which was revealed earlier this year.
Climate and Environment Minister Espen Barth Eide will, by all accounts, become the new foreign minister. The shift will probably take place on Monday. Aftenposten is informed of this from a source close to the process.
According to both VG and NRK outgoing Stavanger mayor Kari Nessa Nordtun will also be on her way into government.

New cabinet post
Aftenposten is informed by a central source that the total Ap rotation looks like this:
Minister of Education and Labor deputy leader Tonje Brenna will be the new Minister of Labour. She replaces Marte Mjøs Persen, who is leaving the government. Kari Nessa Nordtun will be the new Minister of Knowledge after Brenna. The 37-year-old is the outgoing mayor of Stavanger, where she has been a high star in the local community. Andreas Bjelland Eriksen (31) will become climate minister after Espen Barth Eide. Eriksen is currently State Secretary at the Prime Minister’s Office (SMK) and for Oil and Energy Minister Terje Aasland. Cecilie Myrseth will become Fisheries Minister and take over from Bjørnar Skjæran. Myrseth is currently a parliamentary representative and sits on the health and care committee.Karianne Tung will be minister for digitalisation. There is a new post in the Støre government. Tung is currently head of Trondheim Tech Port, an interest organization for technology players in the region. She sat in the Storting for Labor from 2013 to 2017.
The information confirmed by Aftenposten is consistent with what several other media reported on Sunday evening.
More people want Raymond Johansen in
The changes have meant that several Labor leaders in Oslo have come forward. They want to get Raymond Johansen into government. Johansen has been a city council leader in Oslo for eight years.
– It is important that Raymond is part of the government. He is a visible Oslo politician and very well liked by many. He is also firmly rooted in the party and should be given a visible post in the government, says Mari Morken, leader of the Alna district committee.
