16-year-old goalkeeper ‘took advantage’ of Trubin and Samuel Soares’ absences
Diogo Ferreira, a 16-year-old goalkeeper, was yesterday one of the young people that Roger Schmidt called up to train for the first team. The young man, who this season is part of the Reds’ junior squad, took advantage of the absence of Trubin and Samuel Soares from work as they were serving their respective teams to work with the Reds’ main team. With so many players absent, the German coach has also taken advantage of this competitive break to see young people developing at Seixal.
