Winter Viability Challenge 2023: Eiffage’s Motorway Concessions in France Showcased Expertise and Know-How in Snow Removal and Safety

The “Winter Viability Challenge” of Eiffage’s motorway concessions in France, bringing together the APRR, AREA and A’LIENOR motorway networks, took place this Thursday, October 12 in Côte-d’Or, on the Pouilly-en site -Auxois, west of Dijon.
It brought together around 250 people (participants and internal audiences).
Combining technicality and conviviality, this annual meeting officially launches, as winter approaches, the “snow risk” period for their teams.
Thirteen motorway districts from different regions (Burgundy – Franche-Comté, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, Grand Est, etc.) competed in this internal competition during eight technical tests, ranging from snow removal of sawdust to loading of salt to the nearest gram, in going through a gymkhana test between cones. Their objectives: to demonstrate all their know-how as well as their expertise in winter viability.

-Ecological Transition Trophy: District of Belfort-Montbéliard
– Prevention and Safety Trophy: Lyon-Chambéry District
