We, KP “Levitsa” Varna, protest against the decisions of the ASSEMBLY in the parliament and the nefarious government of Denkov, against the destruction of the Bulgarian energy industry and the commemoration of tens of thousands of Bulgarian miners and energy workers. We stand side by side with energy workers and miners TO preserve INDEPENDENT BULGARIAN ENERGY.
As a convinced socialist for 45 years, I believe that any trade union protest for the right to work and a decent wage is fundamentally FAIR. And it should be supported.
The work of generations of miners and energy workers is the only guarantee FOR our national security, economy, industry, agriculture and tourism. The assemblers have no alternative either for the Maritsite, or for the Kozloduy NPP, or for the Chaira PAVEC, which supply the basic power in our country. Do not have.
Tales of wind and solar energy are empty and too expensive. Powerless. Captivating. No “green deal” can be an option if it leads to destitution and misery. The “green deal” is ANTI-MARKET(!) because it is itself a negation of the widely proclaimed panacea – “market economy”. What is this “market economy” where a basic energy commodity enters the exchange with +60% on the price? This is a RACKET, NOT A MARKET! “Green quotas” are not a path to clean production, but ordinary blackmail. By racketeering the Bulgarian mines, mines and thermal power plants, they are actually racketeering US – all Bulgarians.
The “Denkov” government is anti-national. Anti-Bulgarian. Anti-European.
Why?
Because it faces the livelihood and life of not just 45,000 people in Radimir and Stara Zagorje regions, working and engaged in the Mariška basin; but against our very existence, of our children and grandchildren. Shutting down energy facilities is a direct assault on our lives, literally. Because if the light from every light bulb in our home becomes a LUXURY, where are we going together? What are these “Euro-Atlantic values”?
Therefore #RESIGNATION of #governmentdenkov! Resignation of the #ASSY!
