I must be aware of screens, hz, fps and the like, but now I have to admit defeat.
Don’t know why, but something has happened, may be in my head, but I doubt it.
Okay, let’s start with a little background:
Gamer since 11 years old, always had a good computer, gaming screen, yes, keep an eye on hz + fps.
But now I’m not getting wise… switched to AMD + RADEON 6950 XT, probably has nothing to do with this.
The problems I am experiencing
csgo: maxfps 0, 144hz, runs like butter (fps fluctuated by 400+ to say 800)
cs2: maxfps 0, 144hz, oh what a jerk, must lock fps to 142/286 via amd software, i.e. 2 below hz/hz*2.
warzone: must locked fps to 142, otherwise it jerks, no flow at all in the game if not.
quake: maxfps 0, 144hz, runs like butter (fps fluctuates but still around 1000)
Add; in warzone the fps never goes below 142, but fluctuates between 150 – 220 if I don’t lock.
Can someone explain, or maybe even guide how to get the best “butter” for the eyes without vsync?
