Attorney General’s Office (Attorney General) named Naek Parulian Washington Hutahaean alias Edward Hutahaean (EH) as the new suspect BTS 4G Kominfo corruption case. The AGO searched Edward’s house and office.
“The places of the search included the residence in question, the place of delivery and the office,” said the Director of Investigations at the Jampidsus Attorney General’s Office, Kuntadi, in his office, Friday (13/10/2023).
However, Kuntadi did not detail the findings of the search. Kuntadi also did not explain the location that was searched.
Edward New Suspect
The AGO named Edward as the new suspect in this case. Edward was immediately arrested.
Kuntadi said that Edward was suspected of having received a total of IDR 15 billion obtained from two BTS corruption defendants. The two defendants are Galumbang Menak and Irwan Hermawan.
“The act in question is that the NPWH suspect is suspected of having unlawfully committed an evil conspiracy, bribery or gratification or is suspected of receiving, controlling, placing or using assets in the form of money amounting to approximately Rp. 15 billion which he knows or reasonably suspects is the proceeds of “criminal acts, namely from brother GMS and brother IH through brother IC,” said Kuntadi.
As is known, in this 4G BTS corruption case, there are already 12 suspects. Some of them have been tried.
With the addition of Edward Hutahean, now the number of suspects in the BTS Kominfo corruption case has become 13 people.

7. Windi Purnama as the suspect’s confidant Irwan Hermawan
8. M Yusriski as Managing Director of PT Basis Utama Prima
9. Jemmy Sutjiawan alias JS as Managing Director of PT Sansaine
10. Elvano Hatorangan alias EH as PPK Bakti Kominfo official
11. Muhammad Feriandi Mirza alias MFM as Head of Bakti Kominfo’s Lastmile and Backhaul Division
12. Walbertus Natalius Wisang as Kominfo Expert
13. Edward Hutahaean as President Commissioner of PT Laman Tekno Digital
