Brabantse Wouden Designated as a National Park with Plans for Increased Connectivity

From today, the Brabantse Wouden can call itself a National Park. It is a large nature reserve that includes the Hallerbos and the Sonian Forest.

“The intention is that we will connect these different woods and forests.” This is what Patrick Huvenne, regional manager of the Brabantse Wouden at the Forest and Nature Agency, says in ‘The World Today’ on Radio 1. “We also want to make connections with the people who work, live or have an agricultural business there.”
