Palestinian Prime Minister Muhammad Shtayyeh said on Friday that Palestinian asylum and immigration will not be repeated, stressing the complete rejection of the Israeli plan in this context.
Shtayyeh added during a press conference, “Our people have been victims of occupation, settlement, attacks on our sanctities, and historical injustice for decades, and we want a just solution to our issue.”
He stressed that “the siege on our people in the Gaza Strip, Jerusalem and the rest of the regions will generate an explosion,” adding: “Israel wants to create a buffer zone free of population in all of the Gaza Strip, and our people will not leave their land.”

Ahmed Aboul Gheit, Secretary-General of the League of Arab States, addressed an urgent letter to Antonio Guterres, Secretary-General of the United Nations, in which he demanded that he exert his political and moral weight to prevent a new war crime that Israel plans to commit, as part of its campaign against the Gaza Strip by demanding that all residents of the northern Gaza Strip Moving immediately to its south.
On Friday morning, Israeli army spokesman Jonathan Conricus conveyed a statement to the media and a message to the residents of Gaza, ahead of a possible ground attack expected soon.
Conricus said, in a video clip previously published by the official Israeli army page on the “X” platform, “Twitter”:
The past hours have been relatively quiet compared to the past six days. The rocket fire continues, and the “terrorists” are still attacking the Israelis, or at least trying to. Hours ago, we sent a message in Arabic to the residents of Gaza. As a humanitarian step in order to reduce civilian casualties, we are asking Gazans to evacuate their homes and head south, towards Wadi Gaza, which is an area known and visible to everyone.
