18.00 An evening with Ted Gärdestad, Brygga Kultursal
* Jonas Groth has long wanted to pay tribute to these wonderful songs by Ted Gärdestad, and has now finally put his plans into action. After a sold-out and extremely successful concert at Glenghuset in March, he has now chosen to continue with this concert. With him are the vocalists Stian Joneid, Lotte Karlsen, and his daughter Emilie Groth. In addition, a five-man band consisting of Dag Anders Sandell (bass), Ove Billington (keyboards), Jon-Erik Gretland (guitar), Sindre Dybvikstrand (guitar) and Tore Skauen (drums) will ensure that this evening will be completely in Ted’s spirit. The evening starts with a half-hour lecture by the Swedish professor Per TH Ericsson.
20.00 Michael Weston King & Stein Holte, Kulturhuset.
* A night of song and poetry. In the description of Weston King it says, among other things: “Michael is the former leader of UK Alt Country pioneers The Good Sons, the band who played Americana in the UK before anyone knew what it was. » And about Holte: «has made a name for himself as a poet, vocalist, actor and writer on Oslo’s alternative culture scene. His poems can be beautiful, provocative, political, or personal. but they always reflect his own unique poetic voice.”

* Welcome to a day where we devote ourselves completely to man and the sea, from Norse times to our own days. For Halden and all of Østfold, the connection to the sea has been decisive for development and the lives we have lived. We get to hear stories about people who have lived with, by and on the sea over various centuries, and learn about how this affected them and their surroundings.
12.00 Children’s library Saturday, Adventure time with Elin
* Elin reads from the book “The pencil”. Afterwards we colour. Suitable for all children. Location: Halden Library.
14.00 Nilsen’s Southern Harmony, Kulturhuset
* Nilsen’s Southern Harmony comes to Halden with generous doses of Country-Rock, Blues, Heartland, Outlaw. Waylon, Hank, Stones etc.
19.00 Lattergalla, Brygga Cultural Hall
* With: Cess, Henrik Fladseth and Hallvard Dyrnes. Support: Per Owe Helle.

11.00 – 15.00 Venåshytta is open, with closure
* Venåshytta is open on Sundays, and at 2 pm there will also be an end to this year’s TUR-O season. Cake will be served, and winners of this year’s prizes will be drawn.
13.00 – 15.30 Elderly Day, Brygga Cultural Hall
* There will be entertainment, catering and a free raffle. Free entrance.
15.00–17.00 Marking of World Mental Health Day
* World Mental Health Day is marked with a meaningful event on the library stage in Halden library. The theme of the event is “We need to belong”. Lecture by Karin Fevaag Larsen. Presentation of various associations. Music with Daniel Sandvik and Frank Skovrand.
16.00 Halden School Music Orchestra plays ABBA.
* Band concert in the music hall at Porsnes vgs.
17.00 Lørenskog – Comet, Lørenskog ice hall.
